If you want to make veggies fun enough for kids to want to eat them, try this St. Patrick’s Day snack that’s creative and healthy for kids.
Slice a green bell pepper width wise; it will reveal a shamrock or lucky four-leaf clover shape. Slice another pepper lengthwise to create stems. Serve with your child’s favorite dipping sauce such as ranch dressing or cream cheese. Yum! Vegetables can be fun and festive!
