Baby Beach Aruba

Top 5 Aruba Beaches

Aruba, Jamaica, Oooh I Wanna Take Ya….

Oh, Aruba!  After visiting the island for the first time some nineteen years ago, I’ve been in love with the perfect Caribbean destination ever since. Here are my top five beach locations for sun, swim, snorkeling, romantic walks and family fun. It’s the perfect family vacation destination.

1. Palm Beach

Located near the high-rise hotels, Palm Beach is a two-mile strip known for its white sands and bright blue waters. This beach is a popular hangout for tourists and families and is easy to get to because it is located in front of the high-rise resorts.  This beautiful beach consists of calm and clear water and is excellent for swimming, tanning, relaxing and romantic walks. Young and guests of the older generation will find everything they need as the beach offers several bar, restaurant, hotel and water sport options. Palm Beach is located near Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino, Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino and the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba.

2. Arashi Beach

Arashi Beach Aruba

Arashi Beach is a beautiful beach located not far from the California Lighthouse and just past The Ritz-Carlton Aruba.  It’s a beach where sunburns are going to happen so be sure to bring the sunscreen! Island sand, grass huts for shade and a safe parking lot is what this beach offers.  Arashi Beach is the last stretch of beach on the northwestern side of the island and is next to Boca Catalina.

3. Rodger’s Beach

Rodgers Beach

Rodger’s Beach is a hidden paradise!  It’s where the locals hang out on their days off and you’ll never see a crowded beach of tourists here because its too far away from the hotels and many do not know about it. It’s a narrow beach with crystal turquoise water located right next to Baby Beach.

4. Baby Beach

Baby Beach Aruba

Located at the southeastern end of Aruba, the famous Baby Beach is a true Caribbean paradise. I was first introduced to Baby Beach twenty-one years ago, well before many tourists knew about the location. Baby Beach is a gorgeous half-moon shaped beach in a calm lagoon offering shallow warm waters, snorkeling and beautiful views. This is the perfect spot for small children and families. Baby Beach offers guests a restaurant, beach chairs, windscreens, and snorkel gear.

5. Eagle Beach

Eagle Beach

Eagle Beach was recently rated as one of the best beaches in the world and was named one of the top 3 best beaches in the Caribbean. This pristine stretch of clear water and soft sands feature a variety of water sports and is perfect for long walks. Eagle Beach is a favorite among locals and also tourists who stay in the low-rise hotels. The beach is also known to be the perfect spot for sea turtles.
