You may have heard of the Michigan Center for Sports and Academics aka MCSA during the many news stories and press releases that came out recently about the all-star cheer brand Trilogy winning the Superbowl of cheer otherwise known as “The Summit” in Orlando, Florida last Spring.  MCSA is the home of Trilogy where the nationally recognized award-winning athletes practice and train each year. Or, you may have heard about their nationally recognized gymnasts from APEX Gymnastics also housed at MCSA.

MCSA has an award-winning staff and a large, safe and fun environment with so much to offer, perfect for kids and adults to have some successful and fun times on the mats! Now you and your little one can train (or just have fun) at MCSA too with their new recreational schedule! MCSA is located at 2980 Technology Dr., in Rochester Hills near M-59 and Adams Rd.
