These are yummy soft cookie like bars – I used to have them often when I was younger. My Mom recently came across her recipe so I decided to make them. They were just as good as I remembered them to be. There are no fancy ingredients and it makes a large batch – perfect for a crowd. They do keep well if stored in an airtight container.
