We love hamburgers around here – but the old ketchup, mustard and pickle thing can get really old. Every now and then I like to try something a little different – and for some reason I remembered this dill pickle dip my sister used to make years ago. She used to make this dip for potato chips that we would have whenever we had a babysitter. I also remember splitting soda’s to go along with our special dip, whoever poured had to pick their glass last! Those glasses were as equal and equal could be. Anyway – we tried the dip on burgers the other night and thought it made an excellent hamburger topping. It’s delicious and something a little different. It’s a mixture of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Dill Pickles.
We stopped in Walmart to pick up supplies for my son’s birthday party and also grabbed the ingredients for the burgers; Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Dill Pickles and Hamburger Buns. There are a ton of Kraft Cheese products to choose from – we also tried the Kraft Natural Cheese Big Slices in the Jalapeno flavor on some of our burgers and they were awesome too, just the right amount of kick!
You should check out the new app called BLIPPAR, after you download the app you can scan Kraft Cheese products with your smartphone camera – this will allow you to access Kraft recipes, take a picture with Brad Paisley and get Paisley points – you can enter to win Brad Paisley Swag also! It’s all part of Kraft’s Great American Cheeseburger Campaign. You can find out more about this fun campaign by clicking here.

What’s your favorite burger topping?
I love pickles, so I am sure I would love this! #client
OMG – These look so good. I love pickles and I love cream cheese. But I wouldn’t have though of putting the ‘dip’ on a burger. I bet that it’s really good. I’m going to try it.
