Have you heard of Fairytale Brownies? The company was founded in 1992 by childhood friends Eileen Spitalny and David Kravetz, Fairytale Brownies began in a borrowed catering kitchen using a secret family brownie recipe. Located in Phoenix, AZ, Fairytale Brownies bakes and ships over 2.5 million gourmet brownie and cookie gifts annually. They employ 35 full-time year-round team members. While during the holiday season, they employ over 100 part time seasonal team members! I was so excited to be given the opportunity to enjoy Fairytale Brownies! The other day their Valentines Bar & Brownie Combo  arrived at my front door. My 5 year old daughter and I were so excited. We immediately opened the package and saw the following yummy treats inside.

We immediately tried the toffee crunch brownie, peanut butter brownie, & a pecan brownie bar. They were delicious! Each treat comes individually wrapped, which is perfect, because they have a longer shelf life & make the perfect treat to grab when you need a snack. The good news is that if you are not indulging within one week, freezing is recommended – thawing takes less than one hour at room temperature.

Fairytale Brownies remain fresh 14 days at room temperature, 30 days refrigerated and 6 months frozen.

Fairytale Cookies remain fresh 7 days at room temperature, 30 days refrigerated and 6 months frozen.

Fairytale Bars remain fresh 14 days at room temperature, 30 days refrigerated and 6 months frozen.

Fairytale Truffles remain fresh 30 days at room temperature, 90 days refrigerated and 6 months frozen.

As you can see above, Fairytale Brownies offers different types of goodies, they are more then just brownies! I have tried almost all of their cookie flavors and they are as amazing & fresh as the brownies are. My personal favorite cookie is the Caramel Pecan, but I would love to try the Coconut Walnut – that’s a newer flavor! They also make truffles & bars. Please see the detailed descriptions.
