Last Saturday night we headed over to the Buddy’s Pizza in Rochester Hills for dinner.  The restaurant was all dressed up for the holidays and looking really good. We hadn’t been out for pizza in quite a while and we were all looking forward to our night out.

Since it was a Saturday night we expected to wait a bit for a table – but the wait wasn’t bad, maybe fifteen minutes tops.  Every table was filled and the take-out area was busy too.  You really can’t beat Buddy’s pizza – there’s a reason why it gets so many awards for best pizza.  We started off with an anti-pasta salad and then ordered an original square pizza with smoked bacon and tomato slices.  The pizza was absolutely delicious! There were three of us, and one is only seven years old, but somehow we managed to eat the whole pizza (eight hot gooey cheesy slices).  I was hoping that I would have some left for breakfast the next day but it wasn’t meant to be.   The experience was made even better by our waitress – she was a real pro, giving us just the right amount of attention.

In addition to their huge selection of pizza (including a gluten free options and a multi-grain crust option) they also offer a full menu to choose from including appetizers, soups, salads, and pasta.  They make it so hard to decide!  You can see some photo’s of our fun night out here.
