My girls love to make believe and they love to put on a show, so you can bet I jumped at the opportunity to review the Melissa & Doug Puppet Theater!
My husband put the theater together and it took him about an hour to do it. It was missing two holes that he had to drill, but other than that, the set was complete. He was so proud of the puppet theater and was so excited to give it to our daughter for her 7th birthday.
The theater is designed with a sturdy, non-tip base and plenty of room inside for a puppeteer or two! When the gift was presented to my daughter, we had my two younger daughters put on their hand puppets and do a show for the birthday girl. It was adorable! After the show, they came around the “stage” and did their bows for the audience.
