Is Dad the athletic type? Does he go out for a daily run only to push himself to run a little faster or a little further? Or, is Dad the type that likes the sporty look? Either way, the Ironman Sleek 150 Lap with TapScreen technology is the perfect gift for Dad.
The collection’s revolutionary TapScreen function allows walkers, runners and joggers to easily take laps by “tapping” anywhere on the timepiece’s face, rather than having to locate and push buttons while on the move. Athletes can set the _target time pacer_ and receive distinct audible alerts that indicate if they are on pace, slow or fast, and by how much. The watch’s _16 interval timers _are labeled with intuitive names such as _warm, slow, med, fast _and _cool_, making complex interval workouts automatic and effortless. The removal of buttons on the watch face makes for an exceptionally modern, clean look.

My dad would love this for running!
Dad likes to go for a jog at dawn – when the air is still fresh and the dew is still dewy. He loves to run along the lakeshore / beach and watch the sunrise! Sometimes he prefers to go on a long bike ride. (He also loves to swim, windsurf and scuba dive!)
