Motorola Devour Review

I was sent the Motorola Devour by Verizon Wireless  to review and I really liked it!  It was very similar to the Android that I reviewed a couple of months ago, but better.

The Devour has a new feature called MOTOBLUR that syncs contacts from work and personal email with posts, messages, photos and more from popular sites like Facebook, Myspace and Twitter.  The content is automatically delivered to the home screen and then fed into easy to manage streams.

I loved the 3.1″ touch screen and because I’m a Gmail user, I liked that it is pre-loaded with Gmail, YouTube, Google Search and Google Maps Navigation.  Also, one thing I really liked about the Droid was all the applications it had.  The Devour has 20,000 applications in the Android Marketplace.

Another great feature for those that tend to lose their phones, keys and other important devices will rest assured that not only does the Devour have GPS to locate a lost phone, but also remote wipe that will clear all information from a lost or stolen phone.  This is a great feature for peace of mind!

Disclosure: I was given the Motorola Devour from Verizon to review. The opinions expressed in this post are mine and mine alone and are not influenced in any way by anyone.
