‘A Taste of Tuscany’ Cooking Class at Acorn Farm: Thursday, April 22, 7 to 8:30 p.m. $25

Chef Christina Papazian of Milford’s Sweet & Savory Bakery will present tantalizing Tuscan dishes bursting with flavor and color, at Acorn Farm, 367 N. Main Street. Village of Milford Walking Tour and Cooking Demonstration: Saturday, April 24. $5

A 90-minute guided walking tour of the Village of Milford begins at 9 a.m. with coffee and warm muffins at Acorn Farm, 367 N. Main Street in downtown Milford. Event proceeds benefit Milford Historical Society.

Local chef Ernesto Sartori will also demonstrate his red pasta sauce, while fellow local chef Gail Iafrate shares her homemade tortellini, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Acorn Farm as well. Guests may sample both recipes and ask questions about preparation.
