Playing board games with my children is one of my single favorite things to do with my children. It gives me a chance to unwind and a chance to spend some fun, quality time with my children. We laugh, challenge each other and just have some good old fashioned fun, which is what we ALL need every once in a while!
We got the chance to try out Mastermind for Kids and it brought back memories of my sister and I playing Mastermind when we were younger…for hours upon hours!
The Mastermind for Kids game is similar to the original Mastermind boardgame, just easier and more colorful. The pegs that are used to make the code are bright yellow, pink, red, orange, purple and blue and are shaped as animals. They are very cute! I played with my 6 year old and almost 4 year old and they loved it. They caught on quickly and played each other, alone, as well.
There are Mastermind game versions great for the entire family.

Ooh, Mastermind was my favorite when I was little!
We don’t play a lot of games at home right now because Jasper tends to scatter and lose the pieces.
Connect Four is always a fave, though.
