Hands Down, 3 Best Lotions **Contest**

Every winter is the same, I get dry, red itchy patches on my harms, under my eye, on my neck and on my legs and it usually starts when snow starts to fall.

Well, this year has been very different.  It first started with my hands red, dry and itchy.  They even cracked a little.  I first thought it was because of my wedding ring.  I thought that soap must be getting caught under my ring and that’s what was causing the irritation, so I rinsed especially well after every hand washing to make sure no soap residue was left behind.

When nothing changed and the redness and dryness was only getting worse, I went to the doctors office and she asked me if I wash my hands a lot.  I said, “Yes,” and she gave me some steroid cream and told me to go to the drugstore to get Cetaphil.  She also suggested I make sure that after every hand washing I dry my hands very well and then apply the Cetaphil.

Using both lotions together has worked well and has helped with my hand delema, but next my neck broke out in red itchy spots and both my arms had bright red, itchy spots in the crease of the arm.  Also, under my eye a red patch of irritated skin formed.

When I was younger I was told I had eczema and would get the red, itchy patches in the crease of my arms every once in awhile, but not enough to be bothersome.  This was the worse case of eczema I had ever gotten.

I get to try lots of products being a product reviewer and was recently sent Vaseline Sheer Infusion and Skin MD Natural.

The Vaseline Sheer Infusion smells fantastic and is perfect for someone with mildly dry skin.  I let my mother in law try it and she loved it.  She said it felt great and absorbed quickly.  I loved the smell, but needed something more intense for the winter.

The Skin MD Natural did wonders on the dry, red patches when used in conjunction with the steroid cream and after getting rid of the red patchey areas, I have used the Skin MD Natural lotion to control the moisture in my skin and haven’t seen the dry, red patches since.

I even use the Skin MD Natural on my face and have noticed a smoother complexion almost immediately.  I couldn’t believe it!  It works better than the expensive creams I have purchased at the department stores.  I will be buying this lotion again and again because it worked so well for me!
