If I can participate in helping out a charity, I’m there! I’ve participated in a few online campaigns like the Electrolux and Kelly Ripa Ovarian Cancer Research Campaign and the All Charity Face-Off staring the Rivers mom/daughter team.

I even have the Better the World sidebar, so that while I’m surfing the web, I am also raising money for the Children’s Miracle Network.

I found a site called Presents for Purpose and loved the concept so much that I thought I’d share it with you.

From their website:
Presents For Purpose is a socially conscious gift company that gives back to charities that help people live healthier and safer lives. From personalized to eco-friendly to jewelry, spa, leather and classically stylish items — all affording everyone the opportunity to make a difference.

It’s simple. Choose a gift; choose a charity and Presents For Purpose will contribute 10% of the sales price to the charity (all of which comes from our bottom line, not yours!) We’ve raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Cancer Care, American Red Cross, Juvenile Diabetes, First Book, The Creative Coalition, Breast Cancer Network of Strength, FirstCandle, Grassroots Soccer, Joan’s Legacy, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, tay-bandz and many more.

Whether shopping for birthdays, holidays, graduation, corporate or just because – a gift that give back means now more than ever. Shop In Style, Make a Difference.
