I was having a major craving for Subway, so Sunday rolled around and it seemed like the perfect way to end the weekend.

The closest Subway to our house is the one down on Main St. in downtown Rochester.  I was pretty excited to chomp down on the mouth watering sandwich until I walked in the door of the restaurant.

Screeeech went my black Lacosta sneakers when I saw the guy standing behind the counter.  He was wearing a wife beater (a tank top that is meant to be worn under another shirt) and there was rap music playing loudly in the background.  The whole scene turned my stomach enough for me to turn around in search for another Subway because like I said, “I was craving a Subway sub.”

I got in the car and called my husband so he could go on the Subway website and find another location for me to go to.  The next closest location was on Hamlin in the Outback Steakhouse shopping center.

The Hamlin Subway was awesome!  Both employees were wearing the proper polo and hat uniform, the service was fast and efficient, the store was very clean and the sandwiches tasted wonderful and fresh.

I don’t really like to write negative posts, but when it comes to public establishments and cleanliness or customer service, expect me to say something if something goes wrong.
