Easy Temperature Scanner by Exergen

Is your Child Feeling Feverish?

So your child has the sniffles and may have a temperature. You scramble to find your thermometer.  Upon finding it, you discover it’s like pulling teeth just to get an accurate reading.  Whether you are doing it rectally, orally, or by armpit, it can lead to frustration.

I am excited to introduce to you an easy temperature scanner by Exergen, Exergen Temporal Scanner.  This temperature taking tool is awesome.  Basically, you just lightly press the scanner on your child’s forehead and scan across it towards the hairline.  While you are doing this, all you have to do is hold down a button until it beeps repeatedly to give you an accurate reading.  And that’s it. Quick and painless.

If you don’t use it correctly, the scanner will give inconsistent readings so it’s important to follow the product instructions to get accurate results. I tested it and practiced on all the members of my immediate family and honestly, they were intrigued by it.

The temporal scanner comes with an easy-to-install battery and easy-to-read instructions.  A  cap is included to protect the top of the scanner during storage.  I love it because it’s big enough not to misplace, yet small enough to store in the cupboard easily.

Temporal Scanner by Exergen can be purchased at the following stores:

  • Walmart
  • BJ’s
  • Babies R Us
  • Sam’s Club
  • Target
  • Rite Aid
  • Costco
  • Walgreens
  • Toys R Us

Ugh…I have a HORRIBLE temple thermometer. It takes forever, never seems accurate, and for some reason, I can’t get it to go on fahrenheit, not celsius! So annoying!

Well, since I don’t currently have a thermometer that works…I don’t take their temps! I saw one of these at the urgent care – very easy!
