5 Seriously Scenic Local Restaurants

Pretty Rooms in Local Places

Have you ever been compelled to try a restaurant after seeing it’s delicious desserts or reading it’s mouthwatering menu? Sure you have! How about after seeing it’s beautifully decorated bathroom? No? Well here’s a list of the most scenic and Insta-worthy restaurants in Metro Detroit!

The Fed Community

The Fed

Not one inch of the The Fed is disappointing, even the bathroom is beautiful! The back is home to a magnificent mural, the alley is strung with twinkling lights, and the front resembles a stone home with large glass windows and patio seating. Walk inside, and you feel as though you stepped into everyone’s dream of a house filled entirely with Anthropologie. Imagine lanterns hung from the ceiling, cozy chairs covered with colorful throw pillows, and fresh flowers in intricate glass jars. We won’t judge if you take those typical bathroom mirror pics 😉

Clementina Detroit

Clementina

Clementina could be described as a latin outdoor oasis. With a bright pink and teal food truck, bright blue bar, and neon pink sign, it’s bound to grab your attention! If that doesn’t the extensive potted plants, tiny trees, and creeping vines that cover the entire structure will! Colorful hanging mason jars, strung lights, and flowering baskets hang from the rafters, and tables lined with wicker chairs fill the center of the patio. There’s even a sheep statue you can snap a selfie with. 😉

Townhouse Detroit

Townhouse

Whether it’s summer or winter, this restaurant will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy! You can eat inside the main building with dozens of Edison bulbs casting warm yellow light, or in the heated outdoor glass greenhouse. Moss creeping up the walls and trees wrapped in lights give off a garden party vibe. You can choose to sit on a comfy couch, intimate table near the window, or at the loud and lively bar if you’re looking to get your party on!

Brome Modern Eatery Detroit

Brome Eatery

Brome is as artsy as it gets! Live cascading plants cover the ceiling and entryway walls.  Floor-to ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light, and an overwhelming fresh feeling to the space. Stunning paintings by local artists not only on display, but to be sold! Walk upstairs and you’ll find yourself in the sky walk juice bar with a stunning view overlooking Detroit. Not only is it scenic, but everything from it’s upholstery, lighting, neon signs, tabletops, chairs, plants, paintings, murals, and more were made in Michigan!

The Peterboro

Peterboro

This restaurant will make you want to break out the fortune cookies, and order up all the spring rolls! Giant red lanterns hang over the main dining area, with a breathtaking Tiger painting against the back wall. Their massive bar circles around a floor-to-ceiling display of drinks against a shining jade green tile wall. Outside is a large oval archway that opens to a giant round table. Flowers in shades of red surround the patio, and red sun shades hang overhead.
