Chocolate Chip Cookies
Don’t we all love a well made chocolate chip cookie? The answer is yes! Get your kitchen and your family ready because this is probably the best chocolate chip cookie you’ve ever made and have ever had!
- 1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips, or chocolate chunks
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and place two oven racks in the middle of the oven. Cover your baking sheets with parchment paper. Melt butter in microwave until melted. While the butter is cooling, whisk the sugars, eggs, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
Gently whisk flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a large spoon. Once mixed, stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Space the cookies about 2-inches apart and bake approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Transfer hot cookies to cooling rack to cool.
