My daughter is in 3rd grade and she is obsessed with reading…a mother’s dream!  She reads every chance she can get… in the car, waiting for dinner to be made, when she wakes up, before she goes to bed…you get the point.

We always like to go to the library before holidays and pick up as many books as we can that are related to upcoming holidays.  We will also go pick up a few new releases at the store to get in the holiday mood.

She received

some books from Scholastic…GHOST BUDDY “Mind if I Read Your Mind” and GHOST BUDDY “Zero to Hero”.  I asked her what she thought about the books as she was reading them and she said they are HILARIOUS.  The newest of the two is “Mind if I Read Your Mind” which just recently launched.

It’s time for Moorepark Middle School’s annual Speak Out Challenge, and Billy Broccoli thinks he’s got it made. With his best friend Hoover Porterhouse—the ghost with the most—by his side, Billy’s got the competition in the bag. Who wouldn’t vote for a demonstration on mind reading?

But when Billy lands a spot on the sixth-grade team, he starts spending more time with his new teammates than he does with Hoover. And the Hoove plays second fiddle to no one! If Billy’s not careful, his secret weapon might just vanish into thin air, leaving Billy to pick up the pieces of a demonstration-day disaster!”

Disclosure: My daughter was sent the GHOST BUDDY books to review.  All opinions are honest and true.
