Cool New App Makes Documenting Kids Activities Easy and Fun

Who hasn’t used an Elmer’s product in school?  I remember the Elmer’s glue sticks and the Elmer’s white glue as being a staple year after year after year.  It’s no wonder America’s favorite adhesive company came out with an amazing new app for parents and teachers to capture, create and share milestone moments… like a first day of school, award presentation, class party, ect.

You can upload photos that you have already taken or take a new photo and upload it to the app.  Then you can title the photo, add a description and tag and share with friends, family or just keep for yourself.

The app is called “1st Day” and is available for the iPhone and Android mobile devices.  It can be downloaded by scanning the QR code found on select Elmer’s glue bottles and in-store school supply displays or directly from the iTunes Store or Google Play.

Continuing its commitment to the community and the education of young people, Elmer’s will donate one product for each photo upload (up to 200,000 uploads) to the Kids In Need Foundation, which provides free school supplies to students in need.

Disclosure:  Elmer’s is a client of mine. I wanted to share this app because  it is so easy to use and looks great!  I’m sure parents and teachers are going to love it!
