We tried it on pancakes and it worked well. The peanut butter and jelly sandwich didn’t work quite so well, but my seven year old son thought it was fun and got a kick out it. We had one of each (the squares and the geometric shapes), and both worked well. You can try it on pitas, grill cheese sandwiches, cheese, pizza and fruit (not sure well that would work though).
I do believe there is truth to the fact that if you make it fun, kids will forget about their “fear of new foods” and try something new.
