Oakland County Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for seasonal employment through Feb. 27.
“Seasonal employment is a fantastic opportunity to gain or improve professional skills while working in an enjoyable, dynamic environment,” Katie Stavale, park supervisor, said.
Oakland County Parks and Recreation hires 600 seasonal employees annually.
Seasonal positions include: internship, laborer, lifeguard, parks and recreation attendant, program leader, program specialist and student. Internships are available in parks and recreation and natural resources.
Oakland County Parks and Recreation is in the “fun” business providing recreation to 1.6 million annual visitors at its waterparks, golf courses, dog parks, campgrounds, nature center and special events.
