Young people with a flair for the dramatic are invited to join one of two Drama groups at Rochester’s Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve.

Kids ages 8-11 who choose to join the Drama Club will meet once a week for six weeks to work on an original skit that will be performed at Dinosaur Hill’s Halloween Hoot, a popular family Halloween tradition in Rochester which will take place on October 21, 22, and 23.

Older performers, ages 12 & up will have the opportunity to work with a Dinosaur Hill drama coach in Dinosaur Hill’s Master Class. The Masters group will delve into the art of stagecraft from start to finish, as they cooperate to write, block and perform their own skit.

Program Director Sharon Taber tells us that kids come back year after year to take advantage of the opportunity to be part of the Rochester area’s first and finest family-friendly Halloween event!
