I can remember having a lemonade stand when I was a kid – I grew up in a rural area and my only customer was the mailman! Not a big money maker that year. I got smarter and the next year we took ice cold lemonade and small bags of popcorn to my brothers little league games.
I think we will take advantage of the Lemonade Detroit Project and get a stand going on June 12. No recipe needed – I’m going to use the frozen concentrate lemonade from the store and add extra water to it – it is always too sweet anyway. We’ll have plenty of ice too! If the weather isn’t nice we will do it another day. I think we will go with my old plan of selling popcorn too. I’ll let you know how it goes.
