Keeping cool in the hot summer sun can be challenging during the summer months, but having the right products on hand can be the key to staying cool.

My top priority is keeping my 18 month old cool and shaded.  I would hate for her to get burned or be miserable, so I use the Protect-A-Bub sunshade to keep the sun’s harmful rays.

Compact Sunshade Info:

  • Rated UPF 50+; Highest rating possible for ultraviolet sun protection
  • 25% smaller than Classic Sunshade
  • Specially woven polyester microfiber is breathable and doesn’t
    retain heat

Additional Features

  • Fits all single strollers and joggers with a canopy
  • Mesh sides reduce glare and promote air circulation
  • Easily attaches to stroller frame
  • Wind resistant frame
  • Includes carry bag

The shade is so easy to use and fits easily into my diaper bag.  I can now feel secure that my child has that extra protection from the sun by using the Protect-A-Bub sunshade and a high SPF sunscreen.  Protect-a-Bub also makes sunshades for car seats!

To keep everyone hydrated during the summer heat, I fill up my SIGG water bottle and keep it handy at all times.  I love the size because it fits in my purse, backpack, stroller drink holder, car drink holder…basically, it is the perfect size to carry with me everywhere.

Being a mother I try and protect my children from anything that will harm them, so knowing that the SIGG water bottles are BPA free and phthalate free puts my mind at ease.  I also like the fact that we aren’t filling a landfill with plastic bottles by using a refillable water bottle.

I was provided with the Protect-A-Bub sunshade and SIGG water bottle for review.  The opinions expressed in this post are mine and mine alone.  I was not influenced at any time by any one.
