WHAT:

New and experienced riders, family and friends are invited to a free Check Out the Track Fun Day, 12 – 5 p.m. on May 15 to ride and learn more about the bicycle motocross track at Waterford Oaks County Park.

“This is a great opportunity for new and experienced riders, or those just interested in BMX, to ride, watch and learn about the sport,” Matt Pardy, recreation specialist, said.

Riders and spectators can also enjoy inflatables, a vintage car show, 50/50 raffle and crafts.

All activities, riding, bike and helmet rentals will be available free of charge.

All riders are required to wear full-face helmet, long pants and long sleeve shirt. Pads and gloves are recommended.
