Summer Concerts in the Village

Looking for something to do on a clear Friday evening?  What’s better than grabbing a bite to eat down in the Village and then enjoying a FREE concert?

Village of Rochester Hills

The Village of Rochester Hills will host its free summer concert series, The Sounds of Music, again this year. Village goers can enjoy free entertainment every Friday evening in the Festival Park Gazebo, June through September, from 7:00 – 8:00pm, weather permitting. The line up of performers includes a wide variety of local talent venturing from Oxford and Clarkston, to Detroit and anywhere in between.

On the roster for June is the Detroit Music Award winning Sheila Landis Trio playing a mix of Latin, Jazz, and Blues. Performances will also include the strolling acts of the Heart of the Hills Barbershop Chorus, an acoustic guitar and vocals duo, Meg & Tony, and a Beatles tribute band, Dig A Phony, featuring everything Beatles without the wigs. The Village of Rochester Hills, located at the northeast corner of Walton and Adams Roads, is open Monday through Saturday 10:00am until 9:00pm, and Sunday from 12 noon until 6:00pm.
