ICE (In Case of Emergency)

What if…
  • You’re in a car accident rendered unconscious?
  • You’re at the mall or work and become incapacitated?

This happened to me when I was in high school. I was on my way home from the library and I got in a car accident. I was thrown from my vehicle and rendered unconscious. Luckily I was with two friends that only suffered minor scratches. Had I been alone…

Put “ICE” in your cell phone and make it easier for emergency personnel to contact loved ones in case of an emergency.

Make a new entry with the word ICE next to the name you want called in emergency situations.

Make sure the person knows your medical history.

For more than one contact name, ICE 1-Mom, ICE 2-Ted, ICE 3-Adam, ect.
