Trick or Treat and Parade- October 25

I’m trying to make this a really fun Halloween for my girls this year since we recently moved to Rochester Hills and they won’t be trick-or-treating with the usual gang of pretty princesses.  Who am I kidding!  I always like to make sure they have a really great time!  That’s why I’m taking them downtown in their princess Cinderella and Snow White costumes so they can join in on the fun festivities that they are offering.

On October 25, the downtown merchants are going to offer treats for the young trick-or-treaters.  Between 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. kids are encouraged to dress up and  merchants that are participating will be designated with “boo-quets” at their front doors.

At 6:15 p.m., starting at the corner of East and University, kids are invited to bring their parents to participate in a special Halloween parade.  Following the parade, Movies in the Moonlight, will be featuring “Scooby Doo” at 7pm in the parking lot at the corner of East Third and Water.  So be sure to bring some warm coats and blankets because the chill is on early this year!  Admission is FREE, but arrive early for good seating.
